[edit]Hi - thanks to those who have begun to tidy this stub up. I did it in a rush, shocked that there wasn't even a stub for him. Fairly sure that everthing I've put down is accurate, but hdon't have time to chase good authoritative sources, which I agree are badly needed. But better to have a stub on this important Englishman than nothing at all. Cooke (talk) 14:06, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
Doubles and Singles
[edit]It's been pointed out offline that Doubles and Singles does not qualify as a method under current rules - it has too many blows behind. Is this a problem? — Preceding unsigned comment added by GoldenRing (talk • contribs) 10:14, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
No it's not a problem. This is a historical reference.Dougsim (talk)
2017 re-furbishment of page
[edit]As part of my clean-up of the many WP articles on bell ringing I have given some attention to this page. I have added text from the CCBR change ringing history, improved links and added the Grandsire diagram I made for change ringing. Also got him linked in to Group theory. Numbers of views seem to be rising.Dougsim (talk)
